Five roles have been identified as critical roles for collecting, processing and distributing our product. The five critical roles include; Processing & Packing Operator, Tanker Operator, Energy Centre Operator, Forklift Operator and Lab Technician.

We have brought together a cross-functional and diverse team across COO consisting of the business, People & Culture and recruitment to review and refresh our marketing approach.

The recruitment campaign has been intended to refresh collateral and channels to reach more of the right type of people. We went to market with a national campaign in June 2023, we now want to provide managers and People & Culture with the materials to pick up for local campaigns.

We wanted to show that Fonterra is more than just dairy. It’s a place to nurture and grow your career, with plenty of career pathways and opportunities, no matter where you start. We wanted to highlight how Fonterra doesn’t just provide a job but lasting possibilities to make something of your career.

Hero Imagery

Reflective of our COO critical roles our Fonterra employees have been placed on colourful backgrounds which have been used in the attraction for each of these. This imagery can be used to create new assets for local campaigns.

A collection of static, gif, video & MP3 assets to be used on social and digital platforms or radio, as part of your attraction campaigns for each of the critical roles. These can be used in paid activity pointing to active or expression of interest jobs or Fonterra Careers, and the LinkedIn background can be used for your own profile to promote a career with Fonterra.

Digital Billboards

Square format videos for use on digital channels. These can be used to promote jobs organically or through paid ads.

Internal Assets

Use your branded PowerPoint slides and Teams background to showcase and celebrate the messaging and imagery internally and with partners and potential candidates.

Print

This is a collection of all print materials that have been created to form part of your attraction campaigns for each of the critical roles. These can be used at careers fairs, talks, presentations, expos on and off-site, and in print publications. Find a mixture of job cards with QR codes and slim, standard, premier and superwall banners to choose from. We have also created a careers fair pack to assist you with ideas for set up.

Job Cards

Including imagery and QR codes, use these at careers fairs or get your teams to hand them out to their networks to promote all or some of the critical roles, plus roles with Fonterra.

Slim Banners

Narrower than our standard banners these can be used in smaller expo settings. Use to promote all or specific roles.

Premier Banners

Wider than our standard banners these can be used for larger expo settings. Use to promote all or specific roles.

Leaving School Magazine

Here you’ll find an A4 ad and employee profiles used to target High School Students used as part of our Early Careers talent attraction campaign.

Job Boards

Used to complement our other attractive activities, job boards allow us to build our employer presence in the market and target active candidates. These materials have been created to promote our critical roles on Seek, Trade Me Jobs and new job board Zeil.

Trade Me Jobs

A mixture of gif and static banners that are available to be used for Branding and Branding Plus options – to take all the branding around the job ad on the platform.

Zeil Job Marketplace

Here you’ll find portrait format static job card and tile packs that are available to use for job card and job card plus options on the platform.

The generic brand header for this campaign is available to use for critical role campaigns on the platform.
